All orders containing kitchen knives and cutlery are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory

your parcel is dispatched.

Important Requirement for Cutlery Delivery:
In compliance with legal regulations governing the transport and sale of bladed articles (including chef's knives, paring knives,
and knife sets), strict age verification measures may apply upon delivery.
Depending on your local regulations and carrier procedures, an adult signature (18+ years old) and valid government-issued
photo ID may be required at the time of delivery. Parcels containing cutlery cannot be left in safe places or mailbox slots without
verified sign-off.
4. SECURE PROTECTIVE PACKAGING
To ensure total safety during transit for both courier staff and customers, all cutlery products are equipped with protective blade
guards, fitted in heavy-duty protective sheaths, and packaged inside reinforced corrugated outer cartons designed to prevent any
accidental blade exposure or puncture.
5. CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES
For international deliveries outside the European Union, SHINE MALPENSA SRL is not responsible for any local customs duties or
import taxes incurred. All extra fees levied by destination customs authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
6. ORDER TRACKING & DAMAGED PARCELS
Tracking links become active within 24 hours of carrier dispatch. If your package arrives damaged, please exercise caution when
opening to avoid injury from exposed blades. Take immediate clear photographs of the box and product, and contact customer
support within 48 hours.
