The Winco KWP-60 6” boning knife is crafted from X50 Cr MoV15 German steel providing a razor-sharp blade ideal for removing meat from bones. The white ergonomic handle is slip-resistant and features finger indentations for exceptional comfort during extended use. This boning knife is commercial-grade and is designed to withstand daily use in foodservice and restaurant environments. NSF listed.
